Dear sir,
I have been the user of the above machine since 2010. My machine is serviced every year regularly. I got my machine serviced on 28.102014 and service contract renewed for the period upto 27.10.2015. After a week the machine started leaking and a complaint was lodged with your local office. Since then a period of two month has elapsed but nobody from the company ever bothered to attend the complaint, even after series of exchange...

water inlet not functioning

dear sir/mam
i had purchased waterguard of your company in the month of november,2009.
the purifier was functioning smoothly ,suddenly the water inlet pipe ,the one connected to the tap for water has stopped working.The water is not going thru the pipe into the machine .
please look into the matter and do the needfull as early as possible
