[Resolved]  usha brita waterguard — water inlet not functioning

dear sir/mam

i had purchased waterguard of your company in the month of november,2009.
the purifier was functioning smoothly ,suddenly the water inlet pipe ,the one connected to the tap for water has stopped working.The water is not going thru the pipe into the machine .
please look into the matter and do the needfull as early as possible
