sir/madam i made a PAN Card online 27 march 2013. The name on application form no. [protected] is REENA BHATIA and the same was processed to onward for further dispatched to uti and online income tax records. I got the PAN card APKPB6050N with same name subsequently i.e. REENA BHATIA and all other inputs were right. Now when i went to open acc in bank they r telling the Name with this PAN no is REENA DEVI BHATIA. So i checked the name...

Respected sir, From many years i am using a pan card number AHHPK5460A . which is alloted to me by the name of Manoj Kumar Verma . and in every where, every bank even my employer sbi life insurance , i am using this pan number. and now when i am going to open a D-MAT account in icici bank ,i know that this pan nuber is wrong either my name on pan card record is manish kumar verma, and now i have requested pan card authorities to issue me...

I have applied the pan card in the month of 15/11/2011, I have seen my pan card number in the site and they stated that they have dispatched my pan card through post , but I have not received my pan card.
So please enquiry the matter, and kindly sent my pan card...

Let me introduced first myself sarat kumar sahoo, son of sadashiv sahoo, village-Will kishan nagar, post-gurujanga, dist-khurda, state-orissa.pin-752055.Sir my pan card application no is[protected] and its status shows that it has been despatched on 24th march 2008 by post.But till date i have not received anything.So take necessery steps to solve my problem.

I have lost PAN card (#AAKPE5954B). I have requested for re-issue of a fresh PAN card with same number. My application CSF number is : 70620108 and processing coupon number is[protected]. It was stated that my application is under PPC objection. I have submitted all proper proofs for supporting my details in application.
