I am rajkumar worked with uttam associates. Icici bank - two wheeler loans. I resigned my job in 2010 reliving latter and i submit my pf forms with reqd doc"s to uttam associates.. Till date i have not reciaved my pf amount.. As per my request please do the needful as erliast.. If its not possible please give uttam associates address & ph no"s with contact person name..

Please provide informarion regarding my pf account number for the closure of the same as early as possible. Uttam associates did not provide any information about the pf account number.
