I have made payment of Rs.[protected] * 2) on 11th Aug, 2015 for Vacation Gateway. Till now didn't get any welcome gift or not any gift like Samsung S6 and Dell Laptop which is promised within 10 days. Response on phone is ridiculous and just wasting the time. Please suggest what to do?...

Dear Sir/Madam.
I would like to register a complaint against a company named
Vacation Gateway Noida. I purchased a 4N/5D
Holiday package from them costing Rs 19200. I made the 8000/- thru net transfer
and balance thru cash to Mr Rajeev ( sale executive). When I demanded the
invoice for the payment they denied and now after repeated request no one from
the company is responding. This is a clear case a theft of service tax....
