[Resolved]  Vacation Gateway Noida — Tax invoice not provided by Vendor

Dear Sir/Madam. I would like to register a complaint against a company named Vacation Gateway Noida. I purchased a 4N/5D Holiday package from them costing Rs 19200. I made the 8000/- thru net transfer and balance thru cash to Mr Rajeev ( sale executive). When I demanded the invoice for the payment they denied and now after repeated request no one from the company is responding. This is a clear case a theft of service tax. As a tax paying citizen its my right to get the invoice. Appreciate if anyone can support or guide me how to take the matter and register a complaint. When I spoke to company representative they rejected my calls. I have valid proof of the transaction and mails.
