Vanson Shoes Complaints & Reviews

Recently bought a pair of vanson shoe from there exclusive shoe room at noida mall. The shoe started giving way after 3 months o[censored]se. I am very disappointed. Please revert with what action i should take. Please submit to the manifacture. I need solution at the earliest. I was always using mochi shoes, shifted to vanson for a change and got this complain. Request the managment to take action....

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes they said that they will make adjustment in the insole and shoe will fit me comfortably. I told them that I am going to Mumbai and will not be able to come back if there is a problem they assured me it will be perfect. They gave me a 43 size saying that the insoles will reduce the size to 42 and it will be a perfect fit as they do not have 42 size in stock.

On 18th October 2014 I purchased a pair shoes for 1850 rupees from VANSON SHOES, Connaught Place.In just two months, the condition of the shoes got worst.The sole is loose and tear off.On 06th of December 2014 I visited the showroom to get the shoes exchanged or repaired.The person sitting over there refused to exchange and said that they will send the shoe for repair and only small part will repair not full sole will change.The question...

On 20th june 2013 I purchased a pair shoes for 1150 rupees from VANSON SHOES, Cannaught Place.In four days the condition of the shoes got worst.The thread work on it got loose and came out from both the shoe.On 24th of june 2013 I visited the showroom to get the shoes exchanged.The person sitting over there refused to exchange and said that they will send the shoe for repair.The question here is that What is the guarrantee that after that...
