I have applied for a pan card through NSDL website and my physical PAN card will be picked by Velex logistics on 8- with the AWB of [protected].. I track my PAN card through Kerryindev express last five days I won't get any update regarding my parcel.. I request you to update my parcel current status as soon as possible.. Kindly deliver my parcel within a due date.....

On August 16th, the delivery boy of Velex logistics called and inquired about the location. Then he said that he will deliver the pancard tomorrow. After that they put the status as door closed. Today, August 23, they have not delivered the pancard yet. Please do the needful......

Sir, I had applied for PAN Card vide Reference No. : N [protected]

Upon checking the delivery status, it is erroneously showing as having been delivered while I have not received the card at my address so far. Kindly arrange to check the actual status of the same and ensure that the card is delivered to me promptly....

My pancard was shipped on 4th of jan but I didn't received it till now. I've called the customer care a dozen times but they didn't answering the call. For more than a week the status is not getting changed. After going through reviews on this courier service I cam to know that they never deliver pan cards to the customers and even they dont respond. My doubt is why does nsdl is shipping pancards with this cheaters instead of govt owned postoffice?...

PAN card which was dispatch longtime ago has not been delivered yet. I request NSDL to take proper action and please resolve the issue. Tracking no: [protected]...

Air waybill no:[protected]. Item has arrived at Visakhapatnam on24th September 2021. But till today 24th October 2021, the package has not been delivered....

My pan is not recieved but courier is showing it to be delivered

Documents like Pan Cards on stake due to government negligence and trusting such poor Courier company.My courier is carrying original Pan card which was handed over to them on 23rd October 2020 but not yet delivered to me.Interesting part is that they have worst tracking system and no numbers to contact. Customer care number is just ringing.This company should be penalise for this attitude & government should stop using their services.br...

[protected] (Air way bill). It says the package has been delivered on 25th june. But till today 31/07/2020, the package has not been delivered....

There is communication problem
If customer address will not found u have to call to that customer but ur branch people phani kumar in visakhapatnam branch he will not call to the customer and he dont give nay information to customers so many customers will so much problems from the velex logistics company
Actually on 20 th it was delivered ut still id doesnt came if adress will not found then call to thta number
