I have recharged my dad's number on 18th of auguest from my VI that recharge was unsuccessfull so i waited for 2hours and called on VI customer care they said you will get your refund in 7 working days and then again i recharged my dad's number with his own VI app now they asked for so many bank statement phonepe proof i gave them all still they are asking for morw proofs i provided them all but still till now i am waiting for my money to...

I got a new Vi sim card on 4/8/22. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 days and then I have to dial 59050 for tele verification. I have tried for more than 3 days - but upon dialing 59059, the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. There are network bars showing on my phone for the sim, but I am not being able to get through to 59050 for tele verification. Vi customer care so far has been of zero use....

We have recharged our phone for 1799 (one year validity) . On 5-9-2022, we tested sending bulk sms to 50 people. Later on when we enquired, we found that half of the people hadn't received the message. Can I know the reason for this? Our number is [protected]....

I want a free 1GB daily data base pack for 18 days worth Rs 199 as compensation for the 18 days or more in which I couldn't use 0.5GB daily data add-on pack out of the Rs 479 plan. Vi network is down since 3 August 2022, I have also complained 3 times, on calling the service center, it does not answer properly or says your problem is solved, today it has been 14 days but i am not able to call and access internet my area pin code 734015 satellite township, kamrangaguri, Siliguri all vi users are face this problem in this area...

With heavy heart I've to inform that the condition of your internet service is very pathetic in my area. During daytime, the internet becomes so slow that even turtles can finish their race, but website won't load. I've complained numerous times in past few months, but the service doesn't seem to improve. Even a representative from the company visited my location to deal with the issue but couldn't resolve so far.br...

[protected] - I am a VI Datacard customer from past 5 years.The Data connection is so slow that I cannot watch Netflix or Amazon on my Television and also I am unable to connect my office VPN using the VI Datacard whereas all of this works absolutely fine with the Airtel Fibre at my home.
The staff at VI Gallery checked the connection and found it was working fine when connected to the mobile but that does not help me since my mobile...

Dear team,
I called the VI customer service manier times regarding my area network, they always stated me that the network work is under process and it has been more than 3 years but the network issue is same in my village . We are not able to make calls and it's useless to talk about internet connection - worst at it's stage .
Please look through my matter of concern.
None of the network provider is providing good...
