Had my booking done for a bus journey from Hyderabad to Pune through redbus.in
The scheduled time was 9-30 pm where as the bus left at 10-45pm the bus operator was pretty casual in his approach and wasn't concerned about delay caused to the passengers. This is Raghu, traveled from Gulbarga to Bangalore on VRL Sleeper Coach .

Even though it was not a A/C coach, it was so cold inside and there was no blanket available inside. When you project that you have fantastic fleet, there is no human support and nobody cares.

The fleet crew were supportive and said we are helpless, no one bothers at the garage to check if all the infrastructure is right....
