we bought a vinverth emergency light on 2/6/2011. It complained with in one year..then we sent this product to service centre through their collection centre on 11/12/2012. it was there in your advertisement that iepair is of free of cost. but you people demanded service cost as Rs 150. We paid that also on 07/02/2012. Now again one month over, till today there is no response from "jupiter elactronics"(service centre, cochi)....

I bought a "vinvertth" emergency light on[protected].on[protected]sent this product to service centre through their collection centre, for charging complaint(this product have 5 years warrenty).but after69days,till today there is no response frome "jupiter elactronics"(service centre ,cochi).Each time i call teir custmer care they told the reason of spare parts shortage.how ever i cant use my product in time....
