[Resolved]  Vinverth emergency Light — warranty service

I bought a "vinvertth" emergency light on[protected].on[protected]sent this product to service centre through their collection centre, for charging complaint(this product have 5 years warrenty).but after69days,till today there is no response frome "jupiter elactronics"(service centre ,cochi).Each time i call teir custmer care they told the reason of spare parts shortage.how ever i cant use my product in time.
