emergancy light — wrong product
i have orderded for emergancy lamp from indiatimes shopping, they have sent me 7set of knife, dont know what kind of service level they have. out side the pack it is written as emergancy lamp and code details.But when i opened inside it is knife, i have coplained them they told they will call me back.
this is last transcation i do with these people.

EMERGENCY LIGHT — MAINTENANCE
I purchased an emergency light lump from the Chabra Agency at Gumti No.5 Kanpur. After purchase, I find the capacity of battery discharging was only 1 houraccordingly I proceed to get it repair. The Chhabra Agency instructed me to get it repair from C. J. Agaency at Kakadeo as they are authorised repairer under waranty period. Repeatedly , I am visiting the C.J. Agency , neither they are returning my emergency light nor they are saying anyword in this regard. This is a complete harassment of a customer. Kindly deal with the matter urgently.
