Viva Communication Complaints & Reviews

I shashi kant kushwaha. I have orderd to viva communication chennai internet lease line (10mbps) for singrauli, madhya pradesh location. And i paid 37000 via a/c viva communication chennai axis bank a/c [protected], first payment date on 16/04/2014 - rs 20000 and second payment date 19/04/2014 rs 17000. But i never got any connection then i reported to viva communication, chennai but didn't get any satisfied response from viva communication...

Please help..sir/madam.
The connection was issued on august 2015.
I am the one who got first connection once the company started in my area.They kept a small box( its like switch) in my home top. I have got the connection. I thought that the box on my home top is for me alone. But days goes on, they used to connect the wires from the other houses to my home top
Now it has been connected more than 15 houses. My house...
