I was contacted many times by Denesh Kumar wanting me to outsource my website project. After many months I agreed and was charged $1400 US for redoing my website at www.orbitskate.net. The project was never finished, didn't work properly, and after months of frustration asked for half my money back. They agreed and as of 12/10/13 still didn't have my refund.
