Hi, I have applied for My MBA transcripts, I had to travel to Belgaum from Bangalore spending about more than Rs. 2000. I paid Rs. 880/- for DD for transcript application. After a weeks time the official call me and tells that the transcripts cannot be provided for MBA online scheme students. Now I need to apply for foreign studies and I need the transcripts. Does this mean after I do my MBA from VTU College I cannot do foreign studies? Also...

I completed my MCA in Sept 2007 from a college in bangalore with Reg No: 1NH04MCA58. Later, me & my parents moved to chennai. Meanwhile VTU might have sent Degree certificate to my old permanent address, which I could not collect.
