[Resolved]  VTU, Belgaum — Not allowing to complete my BE (IT)

Sir, i am a student of jawaharlal nehru national college of engineering shimoga affiliated to vtu university belgaum. My complaint is that i got admission to b.E(Information-science)in the yaer 2000.I completed my 6th sem or 3 years of studies got into 4th year additionally paid all the 4 yrs fees to the college.My total 4 yrs fees paid to the college is 200000(2 lakh) rupees. My usn no is 4jn00is001. Now as per vtu rules the university is no allowing me to complete my 4th year as vtu says maximum time permitted to complte b.E as per rules is 10 years after admission.' sir,i discontinued my studies because of health problems.I had depression problem due to which i was under treatment. Sir,this is the question of my career.My request is to u is to go opposed to vtu belgaum so that it allows me to complete my 4th year b.E(Information-science) my mobile no is [protected].
