I had placed an order with them more than a month ago. My money got deducted but still the order has not been shipped! I have written multiple emails to them but no response! I have finally asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund but they aren't responding to any of my emails. Please can you help?

I ordered perfume worth rs. 2559 order no.[protected]. On 26th november 2019 and later cancelled due to misleading product advertising. I was assured that my order was cancelled and amount refunded. But no such amount was credited to account. And despite multiple emails and complaints from website, no refund reference number has been provided. It has been more than a month now. Kindly do the needful....

My ordeal with this twisted firm started on the 5th of September. I had purchased a product from them namely - ROCHAS MADEMOISELLE ROCHAS COUTURE.
After 5 days i received my consignment and to my surprise, i was delivered a product that wasn't what i ordered. As a matter of fact, i asked the Bluedart agent to take the package back but he refused and informed me that the sender would have to request for a return label etc which...

Im complaining about the non delivery of item from this website (Unboxed). they are refusing to deliver citing non availability of the item. On request of refund they are not responding. Item bought in July 12 with cash paid in full.

They don't even have a support centre or contact facility to raise the complaints. Further the one number they have don't even answer calls or messages. Fraud company with fraud and fake products....

This site is totally fake please don’t order anything from this site.The say you to make a advance payment of 10000rs and when u do so after this they provide a order id through which u can track ur order but in the last u will get nothing they always keep on saying this happens that happens but the fact is u have been cheated so stay away from this....

Hello, a seller using your company name has fraud me through his website www.vunboxed.com. i booked an iphone 7 jet black 128gb with the order number (6827). I was told to make a partial payment to conform the order. I paid him 10000 partially. Everything was going right but on 22/01/2017 then they called me for full payment i paid them 20000 more. Then after 3 days i got a message that your order has been cancelled and refund has being initiated....
