I applied for trademark registration with www.indiafillings.com. on june 12 2017. Talked with their relationship manager mr. S. Mishra. But after few inquires i found out that i'll be unable to apply for trademark because there's no official registration documents on my firm's name. The registration process was just in initial phase & didn't involve any legal proceedings. I didn't sign any documents declartion or affidavit regarding it. Just...

I have paid this fraud company for my business registration and due to some personal problem i cancelled the deal and asked for refund just after 2 days. They said they will cut 20% of the fees i paid though i have not used any of their service. I agreed that too but its more then a month they have not refunded my money. They just say its in the process getting through some necessary approvals. I don't know what necessary approvals they are...
