I wish i could have seen your feedback before ordering through this website. They charged me for 1 kg cake and only delivered half kg cake (Order Number- HMof[protected]. It was my parents anniversary. I called the customer care number on same day, no one picked, i then tried to write complaint on their website and when you select the option of complaint the website either shows your error or doesn't take it, they programmed...

Hi,
This is regarding the Order id HMof-[protected] which was for 12 Roses and 0.5kg Cake for Valentine day. The order costed Rs 1195/- to me.
I had requested for morning session delivery so that flowers can reach my wife. The order was delivered at around 5pm, in the evening. This is for Mumbai and the address was very easy to reach by Public Transport.
Also the quality of deliverables (Flowers) was not upto the mark. I was...

Dear Sir,
I had ordered through online shopping on www.mumbaionlineflorists.com for a Flower bouquet to be delivered on 14th Feb alongwith a Cake from Taj or 5 Star Bakery.
The same was not delivered on the date requested and it was delivered for 15th Feb at 1900 hrs with a cake from Monginis.
The online shopping numer is mostly not available [protected] and when available they simply do not...

I Ordered for flowers on the 14th feb 2011 and beleived the delivery would be made on the same day as per the information in their portal. however the flowers are still not paid.... the order status portal doesnt work and teh customer service number doesnt answer.
I feel cheated and conned ... and there should be some way to shut down this portal online and prosecute the management for felony....

I had requested a delivery by 8 30 AM which I understand is bit difficult.
However the shock was that the delivery didnot happen even after 8:00 PM in the evening.
I kept calling the customer care continously and they were toooo rude to even answer the queries properly.
