I placed on order on this website on 25 Oct for some flowers sweets and a card amounting to Rs.1614. My order id is : MOF - [protected]. These scamsters advertised in their website that they would take last minute order and deliver it on the same day. However, they advertise their genuinety by somehow managing to show that they are verisign secure and the best part is that they let you make the payments using the secure gateway. Thereafter, you would be no position to interact with them as their website would not permit you to do anything other than place further orders with them by making the payments. It does not permit you to contact them via mail or the number : [protected] which is advertised is always busy. I guess the number of conned people would be trying to contact them and even if you get through this number you will never have an option to speak to a human at the other end.

I suggest the following course of action be taken by the concerned authorities so as to deter further occurance of such crimes in future.
1. The payment gateway should be immediately frozen as they are equally responsible for the frauds being committed as they are collecting payments on their clients behalf.
Details of the amount charged to me : 25 Oct 2011 CCA11JEPS890-Avenues India Ltd [protected] 1614.00

2. Since the payment gateway does not want to divulge the details of their client, I presume they would then be willing to reimburse the amount they have collected on behalf of the clients.

3. Block this website ASAP so that people dont get conned by its content.
