Yatra holidays http://yatraholidays.co.in/ called me on 24th november 2018 to provide a holiday package (Inr 12, 499/-) as per the enclosed mail from deepak sharma. Against which i had made the payment of the package to them which is confirmed by them through mail of payment confirmation which is also enclosed for your reference.

But, till date they had not provided any package or not available for any communication and also...

I have bought a package of 8000INR which can be use for hotel bookings only, I, m planning to use my package in the month of october for a trip to GOA.After payment of 8000 i, m chasing teams from past 1.5 months but these guys are so irresponsible as they dont even bother to respond my emails.Neither there number are reacheable available on there website. Yatraholidays http://yatraholidays.co/ called me one and half month ago to provide a honeymoon package(Rs 9499) against which i wanted to book the hotel of my choice and not which is in their list. I had several calls with them mentioning the same. I also emailed them against which they confirmed with the hotel details of GOA. My total amount was more than Rs.34000 including flight charges.My planned date was 4th March 2015 to 7 March 2015....
