Yatra Holidays — not refunding the amount

Yatra holidays http://yatraholidays.co.in/ called me on 24th november 2018 to provide a holiday package (Inr 12, 499/-) as per the enclosed mail from deepak sharma. Against which i had made the payment of the package to them which is confirmed by them through mail of payment confirmation which is also enclosed for your reference.

But, till date they had not provided any package or not available for any communication and also came to know that it is a fraud company.

I had paid rs. 12, 499/- (Rupees twelve thousand four hundred and ninety nine/-) which i requested to be refunded. Till date there is no response from their end.

Kindly take my complaint and do the needful for the same.
