I have placed the order on 6th nov through yesphone21.com, to buy the below smartphone. Regarding order placed confirmation mail or sms not received from your merchant. Amount is credited to your account merchant. I tried my level best to contact mechant but not used, because all the contact details are fraud. Now i need your help to get back my money back. Seeking your valuable support on this regards.
