Haven't receivedy parcel .its been 40 days now and they are not responding to my any call or msg.. after receiving money they never replied.....

I have purchased a saree from zuhriyaa an instagram clothing page on nov 7 2023 and paid 3500 for the same on that day itself
They comfirmed and give me an order number BNS232
Its been 3 months i still haven't received the item.i have contacted them several times but they didnt respond.
I want my money back...

I paid 38000 but products not delivered and I have seen so many complaints and issues posted by clients recently. I want to request for refund . Please help...

I placed an order on October 13th 2022, order id: NE221 & it’s been 6months still I didn’t receive my dress which I paid for. Such a fraud store/page. Cheap people, KINDLY DON’T FALL TO THEIR FAKE PAGE & THEIR FAKE WORDS. HOPE POLICE TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS TOWARDS THESE NASTY PEOPLE....

I placed an order with this online cloth store in the month of November. After the payment they did not respond to any of my messages. They ask their customers to wait for 45 business days. They have only texted back once after the order was placed. After that till now, even after four months of the order placement, I am waiting for them to respond or the item to reach me.

I had ordered a kurti and a saree from online boutique Zuhriyaa (https://www.instagram.com/_zuhriyaa_/) via instagram. They have a physical store named La Doris De Boutique near angamaly.
One order is 3 months plus and another is 6 months plus from the date of payment. They promised to deliver the products in 45 days time. I have not received the products till date. When I try to contact them on their contact numbers nor via instagram...
