I had ordered a kurti and a saree from online boutique Zuhriyaa (https://www.instagram.com/_zuhriyaa_/) via instagram. They have a physical store named La Doris De Boutique near angamaly.
One order is 3 months plus and another is 6 months plus from the date of payment. They promised to deliver the products in 45 days time. I have not received the products till date. When I try to contact them on their contact numbers nor via instagram nor whatsapp they dont respond. Till December I was in correspondence with them and they had promised to deliver the saree by december first week and refund the amount of the kurti. I havent received any refund also.
I want my money 2320 refunded immediately.
