I placed an order with this online cloth store in the month of November. After the payment they did not respond to any of my messages. They ask their customers to wait for 45 business days. They have only texted back once after the order was placed. After that till now, even after four months of the order placement, I am waiting for them to respond or the item to reach me.
I text them in instagram almost every single day. I have tried to reach out to them through my friends’ instagram handles. On enquiring about the price details of clothes, the page has responded to my friends. This shows they are intentionally avoiding my messages. They haven’t given a contact number to reach out as well. But this instagram page named ‘Zuhriyaa’ is very active now in posting videos and launching new outfits too.
