Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I, Vijay Kumar Dua, is writing this mail to bring into your notice the problem I'm facing due to the non-recieveing of the bill of CA no.[protected].
I had recieved the last Actual bill of December of Rs. 440.95. Since then, I have visited your office branch of Dilshad Garden, quite a few times complaining about the same. The office staff said that this is due to some mismatching and have mailed about this issue to the further department. He assured that the problem will be solved, but I still have not received the Actual bill.
I have given them in writing as well, twice, once on 2nd March and then on 3rd April, 2017.
I hope that I won't be liable for any penalty (if caused), because of this issue.
Kindly, look into this matter, asap.
