I had recieved the last Actual bill of December of Rs. 440.95. Since then, I have visited your office branch of Dilshad Garden, quite a few times complaining about the same. The office staff said that this is due to some mismatching and have mailed about...

On 14 jan, 16 shutdown took place at 1 am in Ballimaran area with complete blackout. Any incident can occur in such darkness. It is really sad on behalf of BSES and Delhi govt.As they have failed to control power cuts which occur any time.It is really sad to know that since 1 month, power cuts r occuring in Ballimaran area from 30 mins to almost 2 hours....
