I am Nitin Luthra residence of 247 NEWLAYAL PUR COLONY TOP FLOOR, DELHI-110051. My bill CA No. is[protected].My mobile no.printed on the bill is [protected] & It is coming from the name of SAVITRI DEVI.Before few days I am noticing that my meter is running fast & my neighbour says me that person lived on my first floor distribute his meter load in my meter & he is break the seal of wire box & connect his wires to my metres wires. At this my family conditions is not good.My father is expired on 23 may 2014.now there are no any person for earning income. My meter is running very fast due to this reason then i request you to help me & please check my meter. My Mobile no. is [protected].
