I paid my Electricity Bill online on 08/12/2021 by using HDFC Bank net banking for the month of October but due date is November 15th. After paying the amount of 840, I had not received any acknowledgement message whether the payment has been received or not by CESC. After that I checked my bank account details and saw that money was already debited in the name of CESC. Now I received message that my CESC electricity bill Failed but not received my failed bill amount 840 to my account. In this case what shall I do, I whether the money will be refunded or not in my account & in how many days? Shall I pay again now to CESC? Anyone facing this problem in the past may help...!
