I, Mahadeb Ghosh, Son of Shri Samarendranath Ghosh, R/O-3RD-FR, FL-B, 301 Rabindranagar (West), Kolkata- 700065 am an existing customer of CESC Limited having Customer ID : [protected], Consumer No. [protected] would hereby like to draw your attention that since the Accounting Month of May'2021 I am receiving exorbitant electricity bill of Rs 4840.44 again by manipulating units with unpaid arrear of 1 month received Rs. 7980/- for June'21 due date being 17.07.2021. This is very unfair as we all are already lothering from a never seen pandemic situation for CO-VID 19 disease that has adversely affected livelihood. I think either my meter is defective or is being tampered or there is defects in recording meter readings as I humbly request the concerned department of CESC Limited be pleased to take steps for inspection of the meter and if meter is faulty would replace and reassess bill No.Bill No.:[protected] dated 07/07/21 I appreciate if the matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest in ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
