I would like to lodge a complaint against the high electricity bill dated October 2021 for Customer id [protected] or consumer id [protected] in the name of Sukriti Mazumdar for address 215/B Jodhpur Park, LP 145/9/3/8, Kolkata-700068 which was Rs.5060. Now I have paid the bill but i am astonished by the high amount because for the entire month, the AC was never used. Moreover, we are very sure that no one from CESC comes to measure the units consumed from the meter box on a monthly basis. This amount is arrived at very arbitrarily. You must investigate this matter most seriously and adjust the amount with the next month's bill and also not repeat such incidences in future, Else I shall have to make an appeal before Consumer Forum demanding a thorough enquiry.
