CESC Ltd are undertaking construction of a 10 storey building on Uday Sankar Sarani, Golf Green, Kolkata. During the construction 100s of labourers are staying in the site, where there is no sanitation facility causing an unhygenic condition for the neighbouring residents. Apart from that, they are pooluting the atmosphere by using diesel motors for piling work starting as early as 5 am in the morning & continuing till 10 pm in the evening.
