Sir Excess bill amount has been sent to my (Krishna kanta roy) cesc bill consumer no. [protected],. It is included with my previous month bill amount which was already given on 27.04.2016 but due to mistake it was not on line registered to cesc computer and after complaining to office they were denying to solve my problem. Dear sir,I beg to state that my consumer no [protected], in the month of March 2016 my unit consumption is 166. And in April it raised to 211,
I there for request you to change my meter and decrease my load 0.6 kva to 0.3 kva.
