Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Excess bill amount please stop it right now

I get an excess amount of billing amount from cesc electricity line from a while. I wasn't at house for almost 2months. And also i switch off my meter as i will be not live in the house from past 2months. Now in July I get 2months bill which is in total 4030. So I didn't pay the bill as it is very high. This things are happening from last 6-7months. When I live there I do not use that much electricity comparable to the bill. So please take this as my complain letter towards kolkata cesc electricity. This is just disgusting. Please check the electricity usage before you send the bill. And also in this lockdown period u guys doing a disgusting job. Improve ur bill amount.
