My bill for july 2018 has come with a notice of disconnection mentioning that i have failed to pay my last month due of rs. 2125.98. My consumer no is [protected], and customer id [protected]. But i had paid my bill online on 27.07.2018 amounting rs. 2920 through online using paytm gateway. Please check it from your side and confirm. I have my receipt saved with me. Please let me know.

Also I have been receiving high bills since a few months irrespective of low usage. Please review the boiling system and correct and adjust the billing amount.
