Need your action against fraudulent done by @ RAJASHREE ROY.
We have not applied any request for name change. How is this happened without permission of meter ounwer.
I have not signed anywhere in any document for name change and not even submitted through online.
It’s mean it is clearly obvious there is some forgery activity was done by Mr. RAJASHREE ROY.

Please take the necessary action against him and retrieve My name and ID (Sri Shyamal Karmakar, ID [protected]) same as earlier.
