Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Non reflection of payment made to cesc | |||
My Customer ID of CESC Ltd is [protected], Complain regarding my electricity bill payment for Rs 4950/- on 16th July 2021 for June 2021. I have paid such an amount through google pay. As per CESC intimation, this payment was not received by them. It has been confirmed by BOI Debit Card and google pay that payment has been made successfully and transaction details have been provided by them. But CESC denied such payment. I want to resolve the case for the same. I have attached the bank statement, google pay receipt that I have paid to MAB.[protected]@AXISBANK. For the bank statement, I have attached two documents one generated by the bank, it's password oriented[protected], and another document highlighting the payment made on 16th July 2021.
