Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — payment done but cesc declined amount not received

My mother Mrs. Maya Rani Paul Customer ID: [protected], and Consumer No.[protected]. She was paid of Rs.640/- for the month of October's bill via mobile banking on 29th November2019 transaction ID was TRANSFER TO[protected]UPI/DR/[protected]/CESC LTD/UTIB/mab.037133/UPI. But bill of November comes to including October bill amount (Green Bill Rs.640/-+Rs.390=Rs.1030/-).
I have received confirmation from all the contact the concerned Bank/Card Issuing Authority/Channel Partner. But they clearly mention their transaction/ process successfully from their end and also clear amount send to CESC LTD. with eligible reference no.[protected]. Only you are declined amount was not received.
