Greetings.
I had requested for additional load and accordingly inspection was done and a bill for payment of Service Charges was sent to me. Accordingly I had made a payment of Rs.3000/-(Rupees Three Thousand Only) was made by me online by Citi Bank Credit Card. The response showed that payment was received and I too go confirmation from Citi Bank stating payment made. But I Did Not Receive Any Receipt For The Payment Made. My Customer Id Is [protected]. Bill No-01/07719/21/0/1. Kindly check and arrange to send me a copy of my Payment Receipt.
