The referred Consumer No was in the name of my Late father Sri Paresh Ch Majumder who had expired on 24.01.2001, the copy of the death certificate No: 8295 dated: 25.01.2001 is attached for your ready reference. My mother Late Smt Anima Majumder expired on 25/10/2012, the copy of the death Certificate No: 0292662 dated: 26.10.2012 is enclosed for your ready reference.
On the death of my mother, self being the sole legal heir to the Premise where the meter is installed at B-4/2 Golf Green Urban Complex, Kolkata – 700095, falling under Golf Green Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd accorded the membership of the said Co-Operative Housing Society, vide their Memorandum dated: 12.03.2013, attached herewith for your ready reference.
The copy of Mutation Certificate No: TTD 0056094 Dated: 18/01/2021 in the name of Subroto Majumdar duly self attested for Premise No: B-4/2 Golf Green, Phase/ I is attached for your ready reference.
Presently the referred premise has been sold off to Mr.Indranil Bhoumik & he would apply for name change to which we have already issued the No Objection already.
In view of the above facts, we request you to kindly arrange to refund the Security deposits for
a) Meter installed at B-4/2 Golf Green, Kolkata – 700095
b) Refund against Security deposit of Rs.9080.00 for additional 2.00 KW Load (Domestic), vide R.R No: [protected] dated: 03/06/2013.
We look forward to your kind remittance of these Security deposits at the earliest.

Further to my letter dated 31/03/2021 acknowledged by CESC Docket No: 12115653 of date on the above subject of refund of securities.
The Mail dated: 1st June’2021 from cesc.[protected]@rpsg.in advised us to submit the follow documents in pursuant to the refund claim.
The documents are attached as advised for your necessary action:
1) Sworn-in- affidavit in non-judicial stamp paper for heir.
2) Self attested Voter ID Card copy.
