This is to inform you that our power connection is cut from last 1 and half hour. And there was continuous power fluctuations since Wednesday. I'm a tenant and resides in a flat in Baghjatin colony. It has noticed that last three months CESC sent excess electricity bill. So I request to check my electricity line and confirm wheather any unauthorised connection is provided with my connection or not.

Hi I am very dissatisfied with the Cesc services very poor customer service, no phone response. Power cut off at night, it's already 1pm, no light, high bill, pathetic
Although, we are paying more money in one unit than West Bengal state electricity board, still we are facing voltage fluctuate for more than 15 days. It is impacting electric appliances like A.C, refrigerator etc.
