I am writing a complaint in regards to the high electricity bill i.e., units consumed 292 units in the month of May'2022. Bill amount - Rs 1980 and completely unbelievable.
I know that I have not been using more electricity than before and I have not been using any power-consuming large electrical appliances particularly in this month, not even last year. Such abnormal bill I have never seen earlier against this abovesaid customer ID.
Therefore, I think there may be a problem with my electricity meter or taken faulty reading by the meter reader.
I request you to depute someone from CESC to inspect it as soon as possible and correct this bill. It's very difficult to pay this bill and request the urgent correction in this regard.
