My bill no. 12186 has come for rs.5500/-. My bills have always been rs. 800-1200 and no more. This is outrageous and unfair. The user is a single user and physically disabled. I've paid this amount on 16/01/2019 because of due date approaching, could you please find the reason for this huge difference in the bill and take necessary steps to correct the situation asap.

Please Refer Consumer No.[protected] & Consumer Id: [protected] .
Monthly consumption bill not receiving since last 2 months .I had to go to your office for duplicate bill for payment . Earlier, I was getting the bill regularly .Please see and arrange suitably .
