[Resolved] Capital Aim Financial Advisory — improper services | |||||
Dear Sir, I took the financial advisory service for 3 months from capital aim financial advisory services but after 1 month follow up i am not getting proper service (via SMS) and follow up (via call as discussed) for share market. I complaint lot of time but response is poor and my advisor AYUSHI ([protected] & ayushi.[protected]@capitalaim.com) is out of service without any information. Even CAPITAL AIM is not inform me about the same. After that my adviser changed to ANKIT ([protected] & ankit.[protected]@capitalaim.com) and again changed to GANPAT ([protected]). Due to the process of adviser change and improper follow up, I loss a lot of money. Irrespective to adviser CAPITALAIM change my service also for better profit. Initially they provide me stock service then change to prime service and again change to stock service. I pay Rs. 19500 for all these service. Irrespective to these they introduce me new service of nifty for which i pay rs. 10000. In all these service they make net loss (stock as well as nifty). At last they advise me to take mcx service worth rs 51000/- but i refuse. Now i am asking for my service letter, they are not response me properly. And even not pick up my phone. For the last 3 month (April, 17 to June, 17), i suffer lot of mental torture and harassment due to improper service from capital aim. I file complaint in consumer forum with complaint no. 372344. either compensate me or i am going to file complaint in consumer court. Verified Support Dec 11, 2017 Capital Aim Financial Advisory Customer Care's response Dear Sir(s), Following client's services have been started from 29th March 2017 (Basic Stocks). After that he upgraded his service to Premium Stocks & then into Stock Xpress. His last service Stock Xpress got expired on 20th June 2017. Total amount paid by client: 29, 500 1) Stocks Service term: 38 days (more than 1 month) costing 7, 900 2) Premium Stocks: 30 days (1 month) costing 11, 500 3) Stock Xpress: 64 days (2 months) costing 24, 000 So, in total we have already delivered the services to the below mentioned client equivalent to his fees paid.
