[Resolved] Capital First — EMI deducted twice but no response from Capital First | |||
I have taken a two wheeler loan from Capital First and for that Rs.2712 gets deducted from my bank account on 5th of every month. This month the EMI amount didn't get debited on 5th, that's why I paid that amount through net banking from your customer portal on 6th August. After few hours I got a message from the bank indicating that Rs. 2712 is again got deducted even after I paid the same amount through net banking! So the moral is Capital First has taken the EMI amount twice for the month of August. My Loan account number is: 2363053 Another thing is that the toll free no.[protected] is useless. I have tried for 30-40 times to get connected with the customer care but the call used to get failed every time. Was this information helpful? | |||
