[Resolved] Capital First — Extended warranty period only 5 months, but I pay for 1year | |||||
Dear sir, Please notify that I'm complaining 5times for not getting my EMI CARD, after payment of 6 EMI. But nobody can response. & today I'm visit Bhubaneswar office for getting my extended warranty details, there have facing many problem. The customer care executive madam behaviour not good. Please teach them how to handle customers. & actly my complaint Is, I have purchased a Samsung led tv (32FH4003)loan through Capital first on 26th July 2015, there your executive convince me to purchase extended warranty which was start after end of manufacture warranty. So please tell me when manufacturer warranty finishing on 25th July 2016, How your future general extended warranty start from 26th January 2016. In that case the Ccm behaving like that (if you interested please cary the copy otherwise not) is this your service.
