Capital First — Temporary block of easy emi card | |
The emi date is june 2 2020 they take the amount from my bank account directly on emi date correctly but there is no confirmation from their side. But my hdfc bank says this is the reference number and time, date of transaction to capital first. I raised a lot of complaints in customer care, nodal officer no response. The only reason i post in this webpage is i mailed your customer care rno and nodal office head and called 7 times busy so i don't know what to do you give fantastic offers i agree that but resolving issue takes time
No one will respond me easy emi card due to your server issue i paid everything correctly you update it after 5 days kindly activate my card i have to buy a laptop for my business don't play with us in this tough situation
