[Resolved] Capital First — unnecessary ecs debit from account | |||
I've cleared my capital first loan in august 2016 and for the same i've received no due certificate from capital first. However, on 29th december capital first deducted 99 rs without any intimation. As i don't have any intimation from capital first and my balance was low in my saving account, ecs got bounce and bank charged me 2 times for ecs return. This is totally fraud. How can capital first deduct amount from customer's account? I've attached my bank statement to your reference. I want my money refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
